ولد الدكتور فاتح جان كاراجا في إسطنبول عام 1982، وأكمل تعليمه الثانوي في مدرسة بهجلي إيفلر الثانوية عام 2000 ثم التحق بكلية طب جراح باشا وتخرج منها عام 2006. وخلال فترة تدريبه الطبي، كان لاعباً أساسياً في فريق كرة السلة بالكلية، حيث فاز ببطولة 14 مارس الطبية مرتين.

في عام 2007، بدأ تدريبه في الجراحة العامة بجامعة إسطنبول، حيث أبدى اهتمامًا كبيرًا بالجراحة بالمنظار. ساهم في إجراء أول جراحة أيضية بالمنظار في تركيا لمرض السكري من النوع 2 في عيادة الجراحة الأيضية الخاصة في عام 2009. واصل تعليمه في الجراحة الأيضية في مستشفى تقسيم الألماني التابع لمستشفيات يونيفرسال في عام 2011 وأكمل تدريبه في الجراحة العامة في عام 2012.

من عام 2012 إلى عام 2014، عمل الدكتور كاراجا كأخصائي جراحة عامة في مستشفى سلطان سليمان للتدريب والبحث، ثم عمل في عيادة جراحة التمثيل الغذائي في شيشلي من عام 2014 إلى عام 2017. اكتسب خبرة واسعة في جراحة السمنة والعلاج الجراحي لمرض السكري خلال هذه الفترة. في عام 2015، أصبح محاضرًا في جامعة إسطنبول بيلجي، حيث شارك معارفه وخبراته مع زملائه الأصغر سنًا، وتمت ترقيته إلى أستاذ مساعد في عام 2016 وأستاذ مشارك في عام 2021.

Born in Ankara in 1978, Dr. Umut R. Gündüz began his medical career at the Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.

Later, he became a General Surgery Specialist at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital.

From 2011 onwards, they worked as a General Surgery Specialist at Antalya Training and Research Hospital.

In 2018, they became a Clinical Education Instructor. Dr. Umut Rıza Gündüz primarily focused on metabolic, breast, endocrine & other general surgeries.

In 2021, they worked as both a manager and a physician in the General Surgery department at Özel Termessos Hospital.

Since 2023, Umut R. Gündüz has been continuing to accept patients at their own clinic, mainly specializing in metabolic surgery and performing general surgery operations.

Dr. Lecturer Hüseyin Akyol presents the obesity and metabolic surgery processes of all his patients at the highest standards by using personalized treatment methods, his experienced team and high technology equipment. He specialized in General Surgery at Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 2001 and 2006. He worked as a General Surgery Specialist at Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 2006 and 2008 and later at Ordu State Hospital between 2008 and 2013. In 2016, he received the title of Associate Professor in the Department of General Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Izmir University. In 2015, he received the Turkish Surgical Association Proficiency Exam (Board) Certificate of Achievement. Assoc. Dr. Ali DURMUŞ was born in the Fevzipaşa township of İslahiye, Gaziantep. Because his father worked at Tekel, he started his education at Malatya Derme Primary School and completed it at Adıyaman Atatürk Primary School. When his father was appointed to Amasya Taşova district, he attended secondary school at Taşova Atatürk Secondary School. He finished high school at Gaziantep Kilis High School, ranking 3rd.

Since his uncle was in Çanakkale, he chose Çanakkale Education Institute as a university. Assoc. Prof. Dr. is a teacher. Ali Durmuş was appointed to Yukarı Tutak village in Ağrı's Diyadin district within the scope of compulsory service. After working as a teacher for a period, he took the university exam again.

He was accepted to Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine, one of the two medical faculties that taught in English at that time. He completed one year of English preparation and 6 years of medical education without any loss. He was a member of the ski team and basketball team at the university, and also managed social events such as the annual medical ball.

He was assigned to Iskenderun State Hospital in compulsory service. Assoc. Prof. Dr., who served as the emergency manager. Ali Durmuş passed the General Surgery Department of Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital in the Medical Specialization Exam. Assoc. Prof. Dr. completed his specialization and became a specialist. Due to his success in his compulsory service, Ali Durmuş was appointed as assistant chief physician to the Oncology department at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital.

In 2015, he left his job in Okmeydanı and worked as Assistant Professor. He started working as a faculty member at Nişantaşı University.

الدكتورة هدايت جاتال هي أخصائية جراحة السكري والسمنة ولدت عام 1963 في يالفاش ، إسبارطة. لقد عمل في مستشفيات مختلفة في إزمير ، تركيا منذ عام 1992 ، وحقق نجاحًا كبيرًا في جراحات السمنة والتمثيل الغذائي. كما تتم دعوته بانتظام إلى القنوات الدولية لشرح أساليبه الجراحية.

Dr. Abdulkadir Bedirli completed his medical education at Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty in 1988. He became a General Surgeon in 1997 and was appointed as Associate Professor in the Department of General Surgery at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. He became a Professor in 2010.

In 2011, Dr. Bedirli completed the Robotic Surgery Certification Program in Strasbourg and became a console surgeon. He performed his first robotic surgery in the Department of General Surgery at Gazi University in the same year. Since then, he has successfully applied robotic surgery to over 1500 patients, mostly for obesity, stomach cancer, and colon-rectum cancers.

In 2012, Dr. Bedirli became a Surgical Oncology Specialist and participated in training programs on Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery in Paris-France in 2014 and in Lyon-France in 2016. In 2018, he completed the Gastric Cancer Master Class program at Severance Hospital in Seoul-South Korea, and in 2019, he participated in the Bariatric Redo Surgery training program in Bruges-Belgium.

Dr. Bedirli was awarded the F.A.C.S. (Fellow of the American College of Surgeons) title by the American College of Surgeons in 2018. He has published 61 international and 47 national papers, presented 87 papers at international conferences and 68 papers at national conferences, contributed to 7 book chapters, and served as an editor for one book. Dr. Bedirli has an H-index of 18, with 1064 citations to his 72 publications.

Dr. Cenan Oktay was born in 1965 in Plovdiv-Bulgaria. He completed his primary school education in Istanbul in 1977. He completed his secondary and high school education at Istanbul Erkek High School, which provides education in German. He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1984.

Due to his interest in surgery, he completed his General Surgery internship while he was a student, Heidelberg University Head of Surgery Clinics in Germany, Prof.Dr. ch. He did it with Herfarth.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine with his 3rd degree in 1990 and started his General Surgery specialization training at SSK Okmeydanı Training Hospital in Istanbul in September-1991. He prepared congress publications as well as clinical and experimental studies during his residency training.

In 1993, he received training on "Microsurgery Course" and "Valtrac" rings used in GIS anastomoses at Würtzburg University, Germany, and became the first user in Turkey and used them in his specialization thesis.

He became a General Surgery Specialist at SSK Okmeydanı Training Hospital in 1996. In the same year, I.U. He completed the "Surgical Gastroenterology Endoscopy Training Courses" at Istanbul Medical Faculty. Due to his interest in Liver and Bile Tract surgery, he graduated from Istanbul University for 4 months in 1999. He worked actively in the General Surgery Department of Liver and Biliary Tract Surgery. During this time, he continued clinical and experimental studies.

He was born in Istanbul in 1982. He graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine. In 2012, he completed his specialization in emergency medicine at Taksim First Aid Training and Research Hospital. Between 2013-2018, he specialized in general surgery at Haseki Training and Research Hospital. Between 2018-2020, he fulfilled his compulsory service at Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital. Since 2020, he has been continuing his service at Avrasya Hospital and has specialized in general surgery and obesity surgery for the last five years.
