الدكتورة إيتير سيرين أوغلو تميز أستاذة في أمراض الدم، متخصصة في اللمفوما، اللوكيميا الحادة والمزمنة، المايلوما المتعددة، نقص الصفائح الدموية، التخثر، فقر الدم، وفشل نخاع العظم. تخرجت بامتياز من كلية الطب بجامعة إسطنبول جراح باشا، وأكملت تدريبها في أمراض الدم بمستشفى د. عبد الرحمن يورتارسلان للأورام.

شغلت الدكتورة سيرين أوغلو تميز مناصب أكاديمية وإدارية هامة، حيث كانت رئيسة قسم الطب الباطني بكلية الطب بجامعة إسطنبول أيدين، ومديرة التعليم والإدارة في عيادة أمراض الدم بمستشفى بكركوي د. سادي كونك. لديها خبرة واسعة في أمراض الدم لدى البالغين، وزرع الخلايا الجذعية، والفصادة العلاجية. تعمل حالياً في مستشفى ليف.
