Rafael F. Cruz is a specialist at the clinic and Medical Director of the Kentuckiana Ketamine Institute. With 30+ years of experience in regenerative, functional, and integrative medicine, he combines physician-monitored ketamine therapy with image-guided regenerative injections, including perispinal etanercept (PSE). Consultations are $400 paid in advance and can be done in person or via telemedicine/Zoom.

Bernardo Ruiz Victoria is the founder and Director of the Victoria Program at the clinic, with a clinical career since 1984 in addiction prevention and rehabilitation. He specializes in Clinical Psychology and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, including psychoeducation and structured relapse prevention. His method is implemented in specialized centers in Marbella and is built around long-term follow-up. He is also the author of “Objective: Freedom: A Roadmap to Escape the Labyrinth of Addiction.”
