Dr. Cosmin Postolache is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery and a member of the surgical team at Dental Premier clinic in Bucharest.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the "Prof. Dr. Dan Theodorescu" Clinical Hospital of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Bucharest.

His work focuses on dental implantology and the rehabilitation of edentulous arches. He performs All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols, the SKY Fast & Fixed Bredent system and subperiosteal implants, and uses the Navident navigation system for 3D digitally guided implant surgery. He also performs bone grafting and reconstruction, internal and external sinus lift, and mucogingival surgery.

He regularly attends international training in implantology and bone regeneration, including the Mastercourse Full Arch Immediate Loading with Dr. Bernardo Nunes de Sousa in Porto, The GBR Master Course 2.0 by Buser & Friends in Bern, the Straumann Immediacy Days Masterclass and the Megagen European Scientific Meeting. He holds a complementary certification in inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide and oxygen in dental medicine.
