Today, after almost 1 month since my surgery, I’m here to give my feedback about the clinic.
I scheduled my evaluation on 01/06/2026 with Dr. Endrygo. It didn’t take long for me to be called. In the room, the doctor explained some things and cleared up some of my doubts; however, I already went in with plenty of knowledge and was sure of what I wanted, which was also what he recommended ( abdominoplasty with lipo, and I had a graft to the gluteal area).
After the evaluation I was sent to another floor to get a quote with the coordinator, and I highly recommend the coordinator Jessica, by the way. A sweetheart, she explains everything in great detail, answers our questions, and still tries to get the best terms and discounts.
That same day I signed the contract with them. I did the pre-op tests at the clinic itself and they were scheduled quickly. I always had full support via WhatsApp. On the day of the tests everything was done quickly as well—did I wait? Yes. But they weren’t taking long to call people. The results came out within the timeframe they gave me and my surgery was scheduled for 10/07/2026. Only on the day of the pre-op appointment for the doctor to read the tests and see if everything was normal did it take longer. My appointment was set for 13:15 and I was only seen at 16:00. However, I didn’t mind because I’m at a clinic and I know this type of delay can happen, and since it was the first and only time, it didn’t disturb my peace, lol. The doctor read the tests, we talked a little, he answered a few more questions, gave me some instructions, and after that it was just waiting for the date.
My surgery was moved up and I was able to have it on 03/07/2026. It was performed at Rubem Berta Hospital, where I was also very well cared for—from the moment I arrived to discharge. Post-op appointments are always scheduled quickly, as are the drainage sessions; the girls are always very attentive with me, both on WhatsApp and in person. As for the wait for the post-op appointment, it usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes for them to call me; my appointments are only on Mondays. In short, I highly recommend the clinic; I went on the recommendation of friends and family, and the doctor and the coordinator were also recommended by a cousin of mine. I don’t regret my choice one bit; they inspired confidence, always gave me attention, and the hospital is great too. Thank God my recovery has been smooth and without complications. Today I’m going in for my 4th follow-up to remove the stitches and for the doctor to assess how it’s going. Thanks.
