Choosing Dr. Mário Serrano to make one of the greatest dreams of my life come true was a very important decision. Since I started following his work, I was enchanted not only by the results of his surgeries, but above all by the humane, careful, and attentive way he treats each patient. And best of all, he always offers the most modern options. At the first appointment, I left certain that he would be my surgeon. Today, three months post-op, I can only be grateful for that choice. Throughout the entire postoperative period, Dr. Mário was present—always very careful, attentive, and available to answer my questions—giving me a great sense of security. After the surgery, I feel like I was reborn! Today I feel free to look at myself in the mirror, wear the clothes I always dreamed of, and, above all, feel good being exactly who I am. This feeling of freedom is, without a doubt, one of the greatest transformations that plastic surgery has brought me. I also leave here all my affection and gratitude to the entire team, who were always welcoming, prepared, and very attentive with me. And a special thanks to my physiotherapist, Luanna Araújo, who accompanied me through this process with such care and dedication. Your presence was very important in my recovery and made all the difference. Choosing Dr. Mário Serrano was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made. May God continue to bless your life, your team, and this very special gift of transforming lives.

My experience with Dr. Mário Serrano and his entire team was, without a doubt, one of the most important and special experiences I have ever had. From the very first contact, I felt I was in front of a professional who is extremely dedicated, humane, and committed to his patients. Dr. Mário was tireless at every stage of my process. He was present, attentive, and available, giving me a sense of safety and confidence from pre-op through post-op. More than an excellent physician, in Dr. Mário I found a professional who truly looks at the patient as a whole. The careful way he explained each step, monitored my progress, and was there throughout the entire journey made all the difference to me. My postoperative care was also accompanied with great kindness and professionalism by the physiotherapist Luanna, who played a fundamental role in my recovery. Her attention, care, and dedication made me feel supported at every stage. I also want to express my gratitude to the entire team who was with me before, during, and after the surgery. Each person contributed to making me feel welcomed, safe, and well cared for. Today, looking back at the entire path I have traveled, I feel immense gratitude. Gratitude for having trusted, for being so well accompanied, and above all for having found a team that treats the patient with respect, care, and humanity. Dr. Mário Serrano, thank you so much for everything. For your dedication, your constant presence, and for being so thoughtful with me in every detail. I carry with me not only the result of a procedure, but the certainty that I was in the hands of a professional who loves what he does. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mário Serrano and his entire team. ❤️✨

I have no words to thank Dr. Mário Serrano and his entire team. I live in France and crossed the ocean to have my mastopexy with implants done by him. Today I can say with complete certainty that it was one of the best decisions of my life. From the very first contact, I was welcomed with great care, professionalism, and attention. Dr. Mário inspires confidence; he is extremely competent, careful, and compassionate. At all times I felt confident and very well looked after. The result of my surgery completely exceeded my expectations. It turned out beautiful, natural, and exactly as I had dreamed. Beyond the physical transformation, I regained my self-esteem and confidence. I had the operation on April 8 and, by the end of the same month, I was already back in France, with a quick and smooth recovery. My gratitude to Dr. Mário Serrano and his team will be eternal. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an outstanding plastic surgeon. And if I ever needed another surgery, I would cross the ocean again to be operated on by him, without a second thought. Thank you so much for making a dream come true with such dedication and care!

My experience with Dr. Mário was, without a doubt, 5 stars! I knew almost nothing about plastic surgery — even though it was a dream I never imagined I could make come true. Dr. Mário and his team not only turned that dream into reality, but also welcomed me with such warmth that they made me feel at home. With each passing day, I’m even happier with the result and I’m already excited to make my next dream come true. Thank you so much, Dr. Mário, and thank you to all the ladies on the team! You were, without a shadow of a doubt, my best choice!
