Care from Dr. Isa was excellent, and Dr. Adriana was attentive as well. Only the reception service leaves something to be desired; the receptionist performed the wrong procedure before the appointment (she should have obtained the authorization) and then spent two weeks sending me messages saying I should pay her because the plan hadn’t approved it and she had paid out of her own pocket, even though I told her I had already contacted my plan and was waiting for their response. I was under follow-up with Dr. Isa and was about to have whitening done. But again, via WhatsApp, when I asked for a statement, she sent it in someone else’s name; I said it was wrong and asked that, when sending the correct one, she please include the morning period. She said she couldn’t, even though the other two times I was at the office it was done that way, always replying in a curt manner.
