In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Since 2009, he has been employed at Medical Park Antalya Hospital, where he received the title of associate professor in 2020. Dr. Elshad Gulmammadov is a specialist on psychiatric illnesses. He was born in Azerbaijan, Baku in 1987. 

Dr. Ersan Eroglu is an Associate Professor and general surgery specialist. He has served at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital since 2018. He has been an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Bilim University since 2014. He also lectures at Istanbul Arel University since 2023. He earned his MD from Fırat University. Dr. Ilker Comez is a specialist in Urology with a focus on High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) for prostate cancer treatment and laparoscopic simple prostatectomy (LSP). He is known for his proficiency in various surgical techniques, including the transvesical and retropubic transcapsular (Millin) technique, and both extraperitoneal and transperitoneal approaches for LSP. Dr. Comez has made substantial contributions to the literature on LSP, exploring its benefits, conflicts, and surgical techniques. His professional practice is marked by a commitment to improving lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and reducing residual volume, while also minimizing cost and complications for patients.
