Prof. Dr. Kandemir was the head of the Periodontology Department at Ege University until 2019. He has made significant contributions to dental science, particularly in periodontal disease and implantology over his dynamic career.

Dr. Kandemir holds a Doctorate in Clinical Sciences from Ege University, where he has been a full professor since 1994. He has published 14 research papers and presented at various international conferences, including the İzmir Dişhekimleri Odası and ACBID International Conference.

He has supervised numerous doctoral theses and led impactful research projects, enhancing periodontal treatment methods. Dr. Kandemir is proficient in English and continues to advance dental education and care standards at Nifa Dent Oral and Dental Health Clinic.

After graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2003 he started his PhD education in the Department of Periodontology, Institute of Health in the same university. Having completed the PhD education in 2009 he started to work as a research assistant in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periodontology.

He became Assoc.Prof in 2015 and continued both clinical and academic research. In 2022 he became full professor and have published more than 30 studies in well-known scientific journals. He developed a connective tissue graft harvesting tool (Nizam Punch), which is being produced in Germany and two implant systems which are being used in many countries. He still keeps his academic position in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Periodontology.  

Born and raised in Turkey, Dr. Pera attended the highly reputed Hacettepe University Dentistry Faculty from 2008 to 2013, where he began his journey to become a dentist. His passion for the field led him to further specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a field he trained in extensively at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry from 2016 to 2021.

To ensure a holistic approach to patient care, Dr. Pera undertook several rotations between 2016 and 2019. This included areas like Anesthesiology and Reanimation, Emergency Medicine, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases, all at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.

Before establishing Hospitaprime, Dr. Pera served as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at the esteemed Koru Hospital in Ankara from May 2021 to July 2022. Shortly after, he joined Memorial Hospital in Istanbul in September 2022, where he continues to practice.

In March 2023, Dr. Pera took a significant step in his career by founding Hospitaprime in Istanbul, a state-of-the-art dental clinic offering a myriad of dental services. Through Hospitaprime, Dr. Pera has actualized his vision of providing unparalleled dental care, ensuring each patient benefits from his extensive knowledge, experience, and passion for the field.

Dr. Yüceer-Çetiner was born in 1989 in Ankara, Turkey. She graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Dentistry in 2013. She then completed oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Ondokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Dentistry, between the years 2014-2018. She has been working as assistant professor in Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul, Turkey since 2019. Her interests are in maxillofacial regeneration and reconstructive surgery, orthognathic surgery, temporomandibular joint diseases, jaw pathology and dental implantology. I was born in 1985 in Konya, a city renowned for Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi. I completed my secondary education at Meram Anatolian High School in 2003, after which I began my studies at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. Following a five-year undergraduate program, I pursued a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the same faculty, undertaking an additional five years of focused training. During the last two years of my specialization, I completed rotations in General Surgery, Otolaryngology, and Anesthesia. Throughout this period, I conducted extensive work in immediate implantology, and my PhD research focused on immediate and short implants.

Following this period, I established Milim Dental Hospital, where I currently lead a dedicated team of 30 professionals, including 9 doctors. Milim Dental Hospital holds the distinction of being Turkey’s first Ministry of Health-approved and internationally accredited health tourism organization. Our institution specializes extensively in procedures such as All-on-4, All-on-6, and zygomatic implants, as well as Hollywood Smile transformations. We maintain an active presence on social media, utilizing platforms like Instagram and TikTok to connect with and inform our audience. I am married to Dr. Begüm Ulaşan, an orthodontist, and we have a young daughter. Additionally, I am a passionate collector of both books and automobiles, pursuits that complement my professional and personal life.
