Fatih Cinar

After graduating high school as the top student , Dr. Fatih Çınar ranked first in Turkey in two different score categories among approximately 2,000,000 students in the university entrance exam, securing a place at Koç University School of Medicine, one of the best medical schools in Turkey. Due to his outstanding achievements, he was awarded a special scholarship by the Suna-İnan Kıraç Foundation, covering all his educational expenses. During his university years, he earned the prestigious “Vehbi Koç Honor Award,” one of the highest honors given to students, for two consecutive years of exceptional academic success.

Upon completing his medical degree, Dr. Çınar excelled once again in the Medical Specialization Exam (TUS), earning a place at the Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, where he pursued his specialization training. He successfully passed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and received the ECFMG certification, qualifying him to practice medicine in the United States.

During his specialization, Dr. Çınar trained under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Gordon Lee at Stanford University (California, Palo Alto), one of the world’s most distinguished plastic surgery clinics, where he worked on breast reconstruction following cancer, tissue transfers, and breast implant applications. Additionally, he achieved the FEBOPRAS title by earning the European Board certification at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, Austria. His thesis was awarded first place by the Istanbul Medical Chamber as the most valuable thesis.

Dr. Çınar has numerous publications in the world’s leading plastic surgery journals. His own facelift and tissue transfer technique has been recognized and included in the global medical literature. Beyond his medical career, he is a professional Taekwondo and kitesurfing enthusiast. During his active years, he won every Taekwondo tournament he entered in Gaziantep for four consecutive years. A devoted Fenerbahçe supporter, Dr. Çınar is also a congress member of the Fenerbahçe Sports Club.
