Alfonso Carabel

Dr. Alfonso Carabel is the head of the nutrition department at Olympia Quironsalud in Madrid. He specializes in sports nutrition, intestinal microbiota, and longevity health. Dr. Carabel is a certified athletic trainer with the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (RFEA). He previously organized sporting events for the Spanish Olympic Committee.
