We had a very positive experience and feel fortunate to have been supported by our international liaison, Ali Alameertaha. His guidance and support helped everything run smoothly from start to finish.
The hospital was well equipped, clean and well staffed. Our surgeon was highly skilled and, during the operation, identified and corrected an issue I hadn’t known about.
My only minor criticism is that some nursing staff were occasionally inattentive when leaving rooms, such as forgetting to switch off lights or close doors. This was a small issue in an otherwise excellent experience.

I recently visited Medical Park for medical reasons, and the services were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every single staff member, especially the doctors, were professional, friendly, calm, and always open to clarifying my doubts.
As an international patient, the language barrier was a concern, but Mr. Mansoor Sarvari made our experience seamless. He is experienced ,professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail of my treatment. He managed all my appointments perfectly on time, followed up on my medications, and coordinated my transport. Even when I was outside the hospital, he quickly responded to all my questions.The hospital went a step further by recomending and assisting us in booking a room for our stay.
I highly recommend Medical Park for anyone seeking top-tier medical care.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Erdil, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the doctor and the entire hospital team were professional, caring, and incredibly organised. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Dr. Erdil listened carefully to what I wanted and created the nose I had always dreamed of. The result looks natural and suits my face perfectly. I truly appreciate his skill, precision, and attention to detail.

As a mother of a 14yrs old son, who came for heart surgery at MV Medical Park Florya hospital,
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciations to the entire hospital team for the exceptional care and support we received during our stay at the hospital.
First, a special thanks to our translator Ali Alameer Taha, whose guidance was invaluable. He was very professional, friendly and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, ensuring that we got at hospital on time, we understood every step and felt comfortable at all times. His support truly made our life and stay pretty much easier.
I am also deeply grateful to the cardio vascular surgeons team in particular Dr. Mugisha Kyaruzi and the theater team for the very successful heart surgery to my son Elijah. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication was extremely high and gave us great confidence and peace of mind during the whole period admission, surgery to discharge. Am so grateful for the outcome of the surgery which really exceeded our expectations and we are truly thankful for their outstanding work. My auntie Petty and I also received a very good check up services for our general health checks which was superb, we very much appreciate
Lastly but not least, I would like to commend the hospital “Medical Park Florya” at large for its excellent services. From the medical staff to the facilities, everything was handled with the highest level of care, efficiency, and compassion. We had a great experience at this hospital.
Went in for an executive overall health check.
The staff were prompt the infection control was at high standard and our translator Kevser made the whole experience so much better with an easier transition . We felt totally comfortable with her and the consultants all took great care in explaining all the information correctly and patiently even down to the service at the My kasaba cafe the staff Ayesha took great care of us.
