My daughter recently underwent a total thyroidectomy at Silverline Hospital, Kadavanthra, and our experience was exceptional in every way.
Doctors:
The doctors are very attentive, excellent listeners, and polite. They explained everything clearly, which helped us stay informed and confident. I want to especially highlight Dr. Priyanka Singh Rohit, who performed my daughter’s surgery that took 6 long hours. She is truly a godsend—highly efficient, very caring, and such a down-to-earth person. I have no words to express my gratitude towards her. I wish her all the very best, success, and happiness in the world for her and her family. Special thanks also to Dr. Tom Babu, Dr. Meetu, and the entire medical team for their compassionate and caring approach. They took wonderful care of my daughter.
Nursing Staff:
All the nurses were exceptional—always smiling, very caring, attentive, and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference during our stay.
Hospital Environment:
The hospital is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location is highly accessible, making it easy to reach.
Admission & Discharge:
The admission and discharge processes were smooth and effortless with no hassles.
PRO Mr. Deepak:
I want to especially mention Mr. Deepak, the PRO. He was highly professional, very helpful in scheduling the surgery date, managing the admission process, and providing timely updates about the treatment. I was surprised to see any negative comments about him because from our experience, he was gentle, supportive, and very attentive to our needs.
Billing Department:
Two ladies at the inpatient billing desk were highly cooperative and professional, making the billing process hassle-free.
Food:
The food provided during the stay was good and satisfactory.
Communication & Post-Operative Care:
All communication was clear and thorough. Post-operative care instructions were excellent, and the follow-up support was very reassuring.
Overall Experience:
We did not face any issues or challenges throughout the treatment. For anyone seeking thyroid-related treatments, I highly recommend Silverline Hospital Kadavanthra for their compassionate care, professionalism, and supportive staff.
