كان أكثر ما يقلقني هو التنظيم والتواصل، خاصة عند السفر لإجراء الجراحة. لم يكن هذا مصدر قلق في النهاية. منذ أول تواصل لي مع بوكيميد وحتى نهاية علاجي، كان كل شيء منظماً وسلساً واحترافياً. كانوا سريعي الاستجابة ومساعدين، وقدموا خيارات متعددة للأطباء وأجابوا على كل أسئلتي بالتفصيل.
اخترت الدكتور سنان إيروغلو بعد بحثي الخاص. خلال الاستشارة، عرض عليّ صوراً قبل وبعد لأنوف مشابهة وكان صادقاً بشأن النتائج الواقعية، ثم أجرى جراحة الأنف المفتوحة بنفسه. فريقه أيضاً كان ممتازاً، وخاصةً تالي. شعرت بالدعم حقاً طوال الرحلة.
تسير فترة التعافي كما هو متوقع تقريباً، وتواصل العيادة تقديم الدعم من خلال دليل واضح للرعاية اللاحقة وسهولة الوصول إليهم. لم تكن هناك أي نفقات إضافية. بصراحة، لا أستطيع التفكير في أي شيء يحتاج إلى تحسين.
Everything was excellent from start to finish, and I honestly have no complaints at all.
I first contacted Bookimed when I was looking into having a chin implant together with my rhinoplasty. From the very beginning, the team was extremely responsive and helpful. He was always available to answer my questions, help me with anything I needed, and make sure I knew what was happening at every step.
From my first contact with Bookimed until the end of my treatment, everything was organized, smooth, and professional. I genuinely felt supported throughout the whole journey.
I would highly recommend Bookimed, Dr. Sinan Eroğlu, and his team. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Honestly, I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. From my personal experience, everything was excellent and the whole process was handled perfectly.
