Terrible experience!! I’m from Canada, got a SMAS facelift, neck lift and upper & lower bleph. First thing is a wound that was left in my hairline from the surgery but was absolutely not part of it, that left me with a chunk of hair loss. It seems like a pressure wound or something like that, when I stated my concerns about it and wanted to know what it was from they said it was from a previous brow lift. Which it absolutely 1000% was not. I sent pictures of the scab while I was in Costa Rica. I’ve had to wear a hat for 16 months. That’s not all, all of the incisions left unsightly scars, to the point where I cannot put my hair up or behind my ears. My eyes look terrible, my left incision is all jagged and I also now have the “tent” look on both eyes from bad technique. After I said that I was going to contact the Board of Surgeons and leave a bad review they said I was threatening and unacceptable then they cut off communication with me. Call me crazy but I think being careless and sloppy while performing surgery on someone is unacceptable!! This has been extremely taxing emotionally and financially because I now at some point have to get a hair transplant and get all the scars fixed.
