I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. I came from the USA for Upper and Lower Blepharplasty. Dr. Aldo is my choice for Plastic Surgery. He explains in detail the procedure and recovery process. His surgery center in located in his office. Twilight anesthesia is used for the procedure.His equipment for recovery is state of the art. Hyperbaric chamber and blue light therapy is used for a quick recovery. Sarina his nurse is attentive for patient care. The staff is amazing for all of your needs. He also performed a Mini Mac lift three years prior to my visit. I highly recommend him as a surgeon. I am confident that the results will be what you would expect. The staff and the Dr. are fluent in English. He has great communication skills and he is involved in the day to day recovery process.

In order for me to take time to write a review, one must be exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. This place exceeds all standards! Dr.Aldo, Dr. Rubio, and all staff go above and beyond to care for their patients. I have never met a more humble and caring doctor! He runs an extremely busy clinic, yet offers each patient an unlimited amount of his time as if they were the only patient he had. He is a truly skilled surgeon with decades of experience and each procedure shows he is a master at his craft. I spent hours talking with previous patients before choosing Dr. Aldo, best decision I have made in a long time! The results are perfect, the recovery was painless, and I can not say enough about how wonderful and accommodating the staff were to me. They come so highly recommended my best friend has a scheduled procedure next month.

Ahhh such a bummer. I did my research I thought and the Doctor had good reviews with most people. I thought a plastic surgeon would be as good as my provider. I booked an appointment and specifically asked for Dr Aldo. I was told he was in surgery and I said no problem I can wait. I was just on vacation there for a month. Then they came and took me back. A different injector came in and then said I needed more Botox than the special. I said that’s fine. I was to get whole face Botox. They didn’t do any Botox below the cheekbone. Never saw Dr. Aldo. I figured they were going to do fine. I got 1/2 syringe of lip filler and I am happy with that. The Botox is ok but dropped my eye brows instead of lifting. I suspect a lower quality do Botox because I got 45 units. It’s been a month and I can squint my face quite well. Forehead does look better but the condensed eyes look less awake which was the opposite effect I wanted. I have asked or a partial refund for the doctor switch and dropped eye brows. They offer to have me come back and see Dr. Aldo. I can’t get back to the country so am just going to wait for it to wear off which seems to be happening quite quickly. They didn’t offer any partial refund even though I sent photos. They did not take any before photos. Just my experience for the next customer. I spent 600.00.

I scheduled a Botox appointment at this clinic after being quoted $8 USD per unit via WhatsApp. I have the message in writing. I agreed to the appointment based on that price. When I arrived, the two staff members who brought me back told me the price was $10 per unit. I told them that was not what I was quoted and showed them the WhatsApp message confirming $8 per unit. They responded that $8 was “only for ship crews,” which was never mentioned in writing. Then they said, “Oh, you probably got the $9 per unit special.” At that point, I just wanted the treatment done and to leave. At checkout, I was told the total was $250 USD. I corrected them and explained that 26 units at $8 USD per unit is $208 USD. I again showed the WhatsApp message. The cashier then adjusted the charge by manipulating the exchange rate, and I was ultimately charged $283 USD, not the $208 I was quoted and agreed to. This was blatant bait-and-switch pricing and dishonesty. I spend 2–4 weeks in Cozumel every winter and have never experienced anything like this from a service provider. Buyer beware—do not rely on written quotes, and check your bank statement carefully after payment. It’s a nice clinic— clean and well located… but I had a HORRIBLE experience.
