The whole procedure was very well planned out. I arrived at 7pm at the airport and got picked up and was driven to the Clinic. At the clinic they took a blood sample from me and drove me to the hotel straight after. The next day I was driven to the clinic again and we discussed with the head Doctor where the bald spots are that need the transplant. After the they drew the outlines of where the transplant is gonna go we went into shaving my head. After the shaving was done the operation begun where they took out the grafts which took around 3 hours followed by a break where I got a meal to replenish my energy. After the break the operation of inserting the grafts started which took around 4 hours. They covered up the donor section and told you how to sleep during the night to avoid damaging anything. On the last day they examined my head just to make sure that everything went well. After that I got instructed on what to do for the next two weeks to ensure that my head recovers from the transplant. With everything being finished I got driven to the airport to head back home.

My experience with Bank of Hair has been incredibly disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. From the beginning, it became clear that this company operates more like a slick marketing agency than a legitimate medical clinic. Their advertising and sales process are polished, but that is where the professionalism ends. The most significant issue is the complete lack of transparency and poor responsiveness. Before I paid, they were attentive and quick to reply. However, the moment they received my deposit, their interest completely vanished. Communication stopped. Emails were ignored, calls were not returned, and getting clear answers to simple questions became impossible. They are not transparent about the process and seem completely unconcerned with patient care once they have secured your payment. It feels like their entire business model is built on aggressive marketing to get your money, with no genuine follow-through. My advice is simple: DO NOT EVER give them your money.

Please read before you will pay for this company any money ! This is my very first time when I writing bad opinion but after a few weeks I loos my patience to this company. I did my hair transplantation 13 November, till time when I paid full money everything was ok, they answered very quickly for my questions, after payment everything changed and before operation I was ready to cancel my visit but finally I landed in clinic and I did hair transplantation 13 November which was not good decision, on the morning before operation they proposed me second operation which was big surprise for me, how second ? I spoke with many clinics and nobody told me about second operation. When I said that I don't want be in their social media content my service was not the same which I watched in their social media, btw they share all the time the same people ! After operation I saw they I received cosmetics with wrong labels and I asked 3 different person whats going on, they lie that everything is ok and finally they stopped answering me. Now I'm 5 weeks after operation, over 2 weeks ago I sent them email and asked for contact, nobody answered, over week ago I sent second email with my problems and asked please don't ignore me, again nobody answered. When you will ask like a new customer for hair analyze you will receive answer in next 30 min, this is standard in sales company. During operation which is lets say not good experience I received 10 message from one guy with remind to pay 100 euros for additional night in hotel but when I need help he don't answer. I never received certificate with guaranty, btw I don't think this guaranty working when they have problem to answer for email and messages. The most of thing which they have in their website doesn't work, only accommodation was good. I collecting all emails, whatsapp which I sent to this company and next contact will with official letter from lawyer. Please think two times before you will spend any money for this clinic, you have a lot of better options to do hair transplantation. Please use filter and read bad opinion, I 100 % agree with this people, unfortunetly I checked this opinion too late. People which did good opinion don't think they are real.
