بعد إكمال تعليمه للدكتوراه الطبية في كلية الطب بجامعة غازي، التي تقع في العاصمة أنقرة، واصل تدريبه في زمالة جراحة العظام والصدمات في نفس الجامعة. بعد تدريبه، أكمل واجباته الحكومية والعسكرية الإلزامية كجراح عظام بين عامي 2008 و2011. بدأ لاحقًا حياته المهنية في جراحة العظام في شبكة مستشفيات أجيباديم في إسطنبول. بين عامي 2013 و2022، عمل كعضو أكاديمي في قسم جراحة العظام والصدمات في كلية الطب أجيباديم محمد علي أيدنلار حيث حصل على لقب أستاذ مشارك في عام 2021. وهو الآن يمارس عمله الخاص في عيادته الخاصة في إسطنبول.

منذ عام 2014، ركز بشكل خاص على مجالات جراحة العظام المخصصة للمرضى، والتخطيط الجراحي بمساعدة الكمبيوتر، والأدلة الجراحية المخصصة المطبوعة بتقنية الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد والغرسات. هذه المجالات جديدة جدًا حتى في جميع أنحاء العالم. أجرى العديد من العمليات الجراحية كأمثلة أولى خاصة بهم في تركيا. يستخدم بشكل أساسي اهتمامه ومعرفته الخاصة بجراحة العظام المخصصة للمرضى لعلاج الحالات الصعبة تقنيًا من سوء الاتحاد وتشوهات العظام وحالات استبدال المفاصل المعقدة بما في ذلك استبدال المفاصل التصحيحي.

تخرج الدكتور يوسف بيرام من كلية الطب بجامعة مرمرة، إحدى المؤسسات التعليمية الأكثر رسوخًا في بلدنا، وأكمل تعليمه التخصصي في قسم جراحة العظام والصدمات في مستشفى عمرانية للتدريب والبحث بجامعة العلوم الصحية في إسطنبول.

- يقوم بإجراء جراحات الركبة والكتف والكاحل بالمنظار (المغلقة) بنجاح؛ وتطبيقات العظام العامة بخلاف استبدال الركبة والكتف والورك وجميع جراحات الصدمات العظمية.

يهتم بشكل خاص بتشخيص وعلاج وجراحة أمراض العمود الفقري (الجنف، الحداب، كسور العمود الفقري، الانزلاق الغضروفي، انزلاق الخصر، تضيق القناة، إلخ). ويطبق طرق العلاج الحديثة بأمان بفضل الخبرة والمعرفة والتكنولوجيا الحديثة.

أجرى حتى الآن أكثر من 1000 عملية جراحية، ويواصل حياته الجراحية بشكل مكثف بفضل ردود الفعل الإيجابية من المرضى وطاقته.
