Dr. Hosam is a Consultant Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and Urologist. He worked for 20 years in the NHS in the United Kingdom after obtaining his CCST as a Consultant Gynecologist with known expertise in the management of high-risk pregnancy, complex benign gynecology, and early-stage gynecological cancer. He worked as a Consultant and the Lead Urogynecologist at Sussex Healthcare Trust, where he has been practicing since 2004. Dr. Hosam has a special interest in prolapse, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction (fertility preservation surgery), menorrhagia, and minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic gynecological surgery (for abnormal bleeding, pelvic masses, and pelvic pain). He established an integrated multidisciplinary urogynecology team across the trust. He had led the obstetrics and gynecology department as a clinical director to attain national British Society of Urogynecology accreditation. He has extensive clinical and surgical expertise to manage urinary incontinence, frequency, urgency, and recurrent cystitis and to perform pelvic reconstructive surgery for incontinence and uterovaginal prolapse. A subjective retrospective audit of his continence surgery showed a success rate of 86% and a success rate of prolapsed surgery of 91%. He is also interested in the management of sexual dysfunction, including vaginal corrective surgery. Dr. Hosam was chosen to be a Member of the International Urogynecology Association’s Publication Committee, and he was also the Editor of the expert corner in the IUGA newsletter. Biography

Dr. Mohamed El Sayed Eraki Ibrahium is a Consultant General, Laparoscopic Surgery and Oncosurgery with over 23 years of experience at Burjeel Specialty Hospital in Sharjah. Along with his MBBCH, MD, and Ph.D. (Doctorate Degrees), Dr. Mohamed El Sayed Eraki Ibrahium earned a Fellowship in advanced laparoscopic surgery from the Department of General Surgery of the Egyptian Association Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons. He also received a Fellowship from the Department of Oncosurgery in laparoscopic Oncosurgery. Additionally, he is a Fellow in Pediatric Surgery. He previously worked in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates as an Assistant Professor of General and Pediatric Surgery. Biography

Dr. Sagimole Tojichen is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Medeor Hospital in Dubai and a Gynae Laparoscopic Surgeon. With over 16 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including 11 years in the United Arab Emirates. In 2002, she began her career as a Voluntary Lecturer at Alleppey Government Medical College in Kerala, India. She then joined Mother Hospital in Thrissur, Kerala, India, as a Specialist cum DNB Trainee. Later, she relocated to the United Arab Emirates, where she worked as a GP Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Medcare Hospital in Dubai. She trained in the same hospital as a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She then accepted a position as a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and Laparoscopic Surgeon at the International Modern Hospital (IMH) in Dubai, UAE. She earned a certificate in basic obstetric sonography and targeted sonography, including doppler and fetal diagnosis, basic and intermediate colposcopy training, focusing on vaginal surgeries, and diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy and laparoscopy training.
