الدكتور سعادة هو أخصائي الجراحة العامة وأستاذ مشارك في السمنة وحالات التمثيل الغذائي. يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في هذا المجال ، حيث عمل في العديد من المستشفيات في تركيا وحصل على شهادات ودورات مثل دورة علم وظائف الشرج ، ودورة جراحة القولون والمستقيم بالمنظار ، ودورة تدريبية في جراحة السمنة بالمنظار. وهو عضو في العديد من المنظمات مثل الاتحاد الدولي لجراحة السمنة واضطرابات التمثيل الغذائي ، والجمعية التركية للجراحة ، وجمعية جراحة المناظير وجراحة المناظير ، وجمعية جراحة الغدد الصماء ، والجمعية التركية لجراحة القولون والمستقيم.

In 2016, he received the title of Associate Professor in the Department of General Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Izmir University. In 2015, he received the Turkish Surgical Association Proficiency Exam (Board) Certificate of Achievement. After completing his medical education in 2009, he has 12 years of general surgery experience and is an expert in Laparoscopic surgeries. Many surgeries can be performed with the Laparoscopic system, which is popularly known as the closed system. He has the most experience in Bariatric and Metabolic surgery.. In the field of obesity and diabetes, which can now be treated with surgery, such as Sleeve Gastrektomi(Tube stomach), Gastric By-Pass, Mini Gastric By-Pass(Diabetes surgery)  , he performs successfully. Endoscopic Botox treatment and gastric balloon are applied in patients who are not suitable for surgery..
