- Prof. Dr. Öztekin Oto is a specialist at the clinic and leads complex cardiovascular care, including heart transplantation and minimally invasive cardiac surgery. His work includes Turkey’s smallest artificial heart implantation (10 cc) for a pediatric patient and a first-in-Turkey three-hour open-heart operation through a 5-centimetre incision with “neck anaesthesia”. As president of ESCVS and the Turkish Heart and Health Foundation, he brings leadership experience to every case.
