My experience at Quartz Clinique was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, I felt deeply supported, cared for, and treated with the highest level of professionalism and kindness.
The clinic is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. But what truly made this journey special were the people.
💫 Mia was a guiding light throughout my entire process. Her warmth, responsiveness, and constant support made me feel safe and informed from the first message to post-op recovery. She’s truly a gem and was by my side every step of the way.
👩🏽⚕️ Dr. Şuheda, my surgeon, is nothing short of amazing. Her skill, calm presence, and ability to understand exactly what I wanted made all the difference. She took time to listen, explained every detail, and delivered results that reflect both artistry and expertise.
💼 When I faced a stressful situation with my bank locking me out of my account due to international travel, Bahadır from management stepped in with grace and patience. He handled the issue with complete understanding, allowing me to feel calm and supported while I resolved the issue.
💳 Aleyna was also incredibly kind and helpful clearly explaining each transaction, converting from dollars to euros, helping me understand taxes, and guiding me through every financial detail with transparency and care. Her patience made a complicated moment so much easier to handle.
🩺 The nursing staff was beyond attentive. They were gentle, responsive, and ensured I was always comfortable and monitored with care.
Though I’m still in recovery, I already feel so confident and grateful. This wasn’t just a surgery it was an experience of transformation, peace, and healing.

I scheduled an online consultation with Quartz Clinic and they canceled twice at the last minute. The explanation given was that “surgeries have more opportunities than appointments,” which essentially means consultations—and patient time—are treated as disposable.
As a surgeon myself, I understand the demands of the operating room, but professionalism requires honoring patient commitments. I rearranged my own clinical schedule for these consultations, only to be disregarded without any serious effort to accommodate me.
This kind of disorganization and lack of respect for patients is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect professionalism, I would strongly caution against relying on this clinic.

I cannot thank Dr. Leyla and her incredible team enough for the amazing care and results from my Lipo surgery. I’ve always maintained a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts and a balanced diet, but I was never able to achieve the body I envisioned—until now.
It’s been a month since my procedure, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the outcome. For the first time, I can say I’m truly happy with my body. Friends and family are amazed at how natural I look and how well the incisions are hidden.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
I went to Quartz Clinique for a cosmetic procedure with Dr. Leyla Arvas. During my consultation, I was told the procedure would be done under local anesthesia, that I would be awake, and that I could provide input to ensure the results matched my expectations. Based on this, I felt comfortable moving forward.
However, on the day of the procedure, I was unexpectedly put under general anesthesia without my consent. When I woke up, the results were nothing like what we had discussed. I was devastated, and when I asked for correction, I was told to come back the next day. Instead of correcting the outcome, the staff tried to convince me it wasn’t as bad as it looked.
This has been a deeply painful and disappointing experience, both emotionally and financially. I feel scammed and taken advantage of, and I would strongly urge anyone considering Quartz Clinique or Dr. Arvas to be cautious and to get everything in writing.
