Despite having an appointment, you are not seen until you’re placed in a queue, which means you might not even get examined. Is this a clinic or an airport? Are we supposed to check in for a medical appointment like we would for a flight? Our experience here has been extremely disappointing. The level of service is far below acceptable standards, and the receptionists, in particular, seem completely incompetent. It’s clear that they lack the necessary skills to manage appointments and patient interactions efficiently. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received.
