Dear good morning, I have been using enelmed's insurance for more than ten years. In the past ten years, I have received a lot of help from the customer service and doctors who work in enelmed. They have helped me a lot, especially the doctors. Each of them is very professional. Very nice. I am very grateful to them and also to enelmed. Including later when I had a child, I also bought insurance from enelmed. My child also received a lot of help. All the vaccines for my child were injected at enelmed. Thank you so much.
However, when I purchased enelmed insurance in July this year, I saw that as before, the number of visits to general physicians was free of charge. The difference was that the number of visits to specialists was reduced to 6 free visits. I realized that this might be due to rising prices, etc. Because of this, I still bought Enelmed’s insurance. The name I bought is women's package insurance. And just yesterday, they told me that the insurance I purchased can only provide 6 free visits to all doctors, including general internists. I was surprised, because even if I pay PLN 300 per doctor visit, then 6 visits only cost me PLN 1,800, why would I buy a package for PLN 2,480 for a year?
When I asked this question to enelmed sklep, dear Miss K told me: I don't know why you bought this package, it is your decision. At this point, my anger reached its peak. I don't know what word games you are playing to achieve your goal in such a deceptive way. After I paid, enelmed sent six attachments, and the last attachment stated that there were only 6 free doctor visits. This was a problem I had never encountered before, and I was negligent.
