I went last week. I waited a little over 40 minutes because the power had gone out. When they finally let me in, I asked the doctor if she could repair a broken composite. She told me they didn't do the treatment and that I would have to replace all my veneers. I knew they did because my boyfriend had it done a week before me. I'd leave and ask questions and it took a while to get back. Then she told me she could, but they couldn't do it anymore because they were backlogged due to the power outage. I told her to please see me since I'd been waiting for quite a while. In the end, they transferred me to another doctor, and she was extremely professional from the very beginning. Everything went super well. She motivated me again to continue getting treatment there. After leaving, I made an appointment for a dental cleaning. I found it strange that they didn't call to confirm. I kept calling and no one answered. When I finally managed to reach them, my appointment was never scheduled, and they didn't even have a record of my visit in the system. I tried to schedule an appointment, but there was no more space, and they hung up on me. The third time I called to finally find a spot, they hung up on me again, and I honestly didn't want to schedule another appointment. The facilities are very nice and it seems like it could be a good place to get care, but unfortunately, the service has a lot of room for improvement.
