I was given 2 separate appointments on 2 different days, but both were not kept by the clinic. For the first appointment, I was told to just come in at anytime, but when I got there the CT scan technician was not even working that day. So, I called the following day to make the second appointment. The administrator made and confirmed the second appointment, during rush hour at 18:30. It took me 1 hour to make it to that appointment. Again, the technician was not there. When I complained, the administrator of the clinic was disrespectful and careless. She acted as if she did not speak any English when I was there, although she had perfect English when making the appointment withm on the phone.
