I am very disappointed with my dentist and this dental clinic. I came specifically to them and Krakow as well to have replacement crowns made for a bridge that had broken off of two implants. I had provided the clinic all the necessary documents and information needed for which implant system was used prior to be given an appointment. After he first tried to cancel this appointment a couple days before it, I did have a consultation with the doctor after imaging was done. He was very thorough about the multiple problems I have with my mouth and teeth. He said he would get back with me when he had the necessary hardware needed to make the crowns. Never once during this consultation did he look in my mouth. After a week, I contacted him and he responded by saying he needed more information which was already on the documents provided to him. This is when I started to feel that's something was wrong here. I received a final email from him that was basically illogical restating reasons why he needed to get the information he already had. This is when I knew I would never let a doctor like this touch my mouth. I was going to let it pass and chalk it up to experience and learn from it. I only requested from both him and the clinic for a record of the problems I have with my teeth so I can take it to another clinic and have knowledge of what needed to be done. As far as I'm concerned, this is something I paid for and wasn't provided. Both the doctor and the clinic never responded back to me. I did have a cleaning here and was very satisfied by the work done by the hygienist. And the two people I spoke with at the clinic - the office manager and the receptionist - were very kind and friendly. They gave me advice about food in Poland that I got to enjoy because of their recommendations. As I sit here in Warsaw getting ready to leave Poland, I reflect on this whole experience. I spent 11 days in Krakow seeing some wonderful sights and experiencing some amazing food. It's gave me great pleasure walking around this beautiful city especially along some trails in a park along the river. It's a shame that these wonderful things I did here in Krakow are marred by and associated with what I feel are unprofessional actions of this and clinic. A small bad stain has been put on my heart about my time in Krakow and Poland as well.
