After graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2003 he started his PhD education in the Department of Periodontology, Institute of Health in the same university. Having completed the PhD education in 2009 he started to work as a research assistant in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periodontology.

He became Assoc.Prof in 2015 and continued both clinical and academic research. In 2022 he became full professor and have published more than 30 studies in well-known scientific journals. He developed a connective tissue graft harvesting tool (Nizam Punch), which is being produced in Germany and two implant systems which are being used in many countries. He still keeps his academic position in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Periodontology.

Prof. Dr. Celil Göçer is a respected ENT specialist known for his work in otolaryngology. He has published over 30 scientific articles in international journals. Dr. Mustafa Serkan Durdu is a cardiovascular surgeon at Memorial Göztepe Hospital. He previously worked at Memorial Ankara Hospital and Ankara University. He focuses on minimally invasive heart and valve surgery. His work includes right anterior minithoracotomy and combined procedures.

He has published peer-reviewed studies on sutureless aortic valve replacement. His work also covers multiple valve implantation via right anterior thoracotomy, valve surgery with right coronary artery bypass, and molecular markers of chronic atrial fibrillation. His papers have appeared in The Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Heart, Lung and Circulation, and The Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeon.

He earned his MD from Erciyes University. He completed cardiovascular surgery training at Ankara University and additional training in biotechnology and genetics. He is a member of EACTS, ISMICS, MIRC, and Turkish societies for cardiovascular surgery, vascular surgery, and hematology.
