Dr. Ali Karahan, born in 1970 in Kahramanmaraş, graduated from Trakya University

Faculty of Medicine in 1993. He began his career as an emergency doctor and

completed his specialization in Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Okmeydanı

Training and Research Hospital in 2004. Following this, he served as an

anesthesiologist in various public and private hospitals.

Since 2009, Dr. Karahan has specialized in hair transplantation in Istanbul, managing

hair transplant clinics at prestigious hospitals such as Memorial and Kadıköy Şifa. His

expertise in hair transplantation has led him to participate in numerous national and

international conferences. Since 2019, he has continued to provide services in his own

In 2015, he was the chairman of the organizing committee of the first course on ‘Fluorescence Imaging in Urological Surgery’ in the field of urology in Turkey. In the following years, he chaired many urology and multidisciplinary courses on ICG fluorescence imaging under the umbrella of Urology Associations. In 2017, for the first time in Turkey, he started to apply Bipolar Prostate Enucleation in benign prostate enlargement in his clinic. Later, he started to use his increasing experience in surgeries such as HOLEP and THUFLEP.

In his career, Dr. Acar, who is especially interested in Urological Cancers, Urinary System Stones, HOLEP, THUFLEP, Endourology, and Robotic and Laparoscopic Urological Surgeries, has carried out many successful operations. Dr. Safa Manav is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He specializes in facial and breast procedures. He is known internationally for his high standards and skill.
