وُلِد الدكتور نظمي يوغورتشو عام ١٩٨٥ في هاتاي، تركيا. أكمل تعليمه الطبي في كلية الطب بجامعة إسكيشهير عثمان غازي بين عامي ٢٠٠٤ و٢٠١٠ . ثم تخصص في جراحة التجميل والترميم والتجميل في كلية الطب بجامعة دوكوز أيلول بين عامي ٢٠١١ و٢٠١٧ .

بين عامي 2017 و2019 ، عمل في مستشفى موش الحكومي قبل أن يؤسس عيادته الخاصة في عام 2019. يتمتع الدكتور يوغورتشو بالكفاءة في اللغة الإنجليزية واكتسب خبرة دولية من خلال التدريب الجراحي المتقدم في المركز الطبي ASAN في كوريا الجنوبية وجامعة RWTH آخن في ألمانيا .
