Dr. Leylagül Kaynar is a hematologist with broad experience in clinical hematology, bone marrow transplantation, and apheresis. She completed her medical degree and specialist training at Erciyes University in Turkey. There, she worked as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Director of the Apheresis Unit, and Head of the Hematology Department.

Dr. Kaynar gained international research experience as a Visiting Research Scholar at Duke University in the USA. Dr. Atilla Ozenoglu is a thoracic surgery specialist. He completed medical school at Karadeniz University (1984–1990). He finished his thoracic surgery residency at Pamukkale University (2003–2009).
