He was born in Bulancak the district of Giresun in 1974. After he completed his middle and high school education in Giresun, in 1992, he won 19 May University Medical Faculty in Samsun. In 2000, he won Erzurum Atatürk University Medical Faculty section of ENT, he worked in Otlu Government Hospital and Erzurum Numune Hospital after he completed his specialty in 2004. In 2005 he began working at Erzurum Private Recovery Hospital.

الدكتور أوفير هندزل هو أخصائي طب الأنف والأذن والحنجرة المعتمد من مجلس الإدارة من إسرائيل مع خلفية أمريكية ، متخصص في زراعة القوقعة وجراحات الأذن المعقدة وعلم الأعصاب. حصل على شهادة الطب في طب الأنف والأذن والحنجرة من الجامعة العبرية في القدس ، وتلقى تدريبًا متخصصًا في جراحة الأذن والحنجرة لقاعدة الجمجمة ، وجراحة العظام الصدغية ، وجراحة قاعدة الجمجمة الجانبية من كلية الطب بجامعة هارفارد ، ومعهد هاوس الأذن ، وجامعة سانت لويس ، على التوالى. تشمل خبرته العملية شهادة البورد في وحدة زراعة القوقعة في مركز سوراسكي الطبي وقسم طب الأنف والأذن والحنجرة في عيادة أسوتا. وهو عضو في الجمعية الإسرائيلية لطب الأنف والأذن والحنجرة / جراحة الرأس والرقبة ، والجمعية الإسرائيلية لطب الأذن ، والجمعية الدولية لطب الأذن.

البروفيسور ولفغانغ غشتوتنر متخصص في أمراض الأذن والأنف والحنجرة. وهو رئيس عيادة الأنف والأذن والحنجرة بمستشفى الجامعة في فيينا ولديه خبرة واسعة في جراحة الرأس والرقبة. وهو أستاذ وعضو مجلس إدارة ورئيس العديد من المنظمات ذات الصلة. أجرى العديد من جراحات الأنف والأذن والحنجرة وكان أول من زرع غرسة نشطة للأذن الوسطى وزراعة جذع دماغ سمعي في النمسا.
