تخرجت الدكتورة كوبرا إرماك من كلية الطب بجامعة جراح باشا عام 2010، ثم بدأت تدريبها التخصصي في قسم أمراض النساء والتوليد في كلية الطب بجامعة جراح باشا. حيث أجرت العديد من جراحات أمراض النساء، وجراحات المناظير، وجراحات المسالك البولية النسائية. بعد حصولها على تخصصها عام 2015، عملت لفترة وجيزة في مستشفى أرتفين يوسفلي الحكومي، ثم تلقت تدريبًا في مجال العقم في الخارج، وعملت لمدة عام ونصف في هذا المجال في مركز كراون لأطفال الأنابيب. ثم عادت إلى وطنها عام 2018، وعملت في مستشفى توكات الحكومي، وفي وقت لاحق من عام 2020 في مستشفى باشاك شهير تشام ومدينة ساكورا، حيث أجرت مئات عمليات الولادة وعمليات الحمل عالية الخطورة. كما أجرت مئات من جراحات المناظير. وفي عام 2023، بدأت العمل في مستشفى جامعة إستينيا بهجيشهير ليف. وفي الوقت نفسه عملت محاضرة في قسم أمراض النساء والتوليد في كلية الطب بجامعة إستينيا.
