Dr. Anıl Hişmi graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and began his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003 at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in 2009 and started working as an ENT specialist at Mardin State Hospital that same year.

Between 2010 and 2018, Dr. Hişmi held various positions in hospitals across Turkey, focusing on advanced ENT procedures including nasal surgery, sinus treatments and otoplasty. In 2018, he moved to the United States where he worked as a research fellow in the Department of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts. This international research experience further refined his expertise in facial anatomy and functional-aesthetic surgery techniques.

From 2019 to 2022, he served as a specialist at the Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital’s ENT department, providing both surgical care and mentorship to junior colleagues. Dr. Aysel Paşazade began her medical education in 2010 at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed her degree in 2016. Following her residency, she served as a plastic surgeon at Gaziantep Nizip State Hospital between 2017 and 2019, providing both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures to a wide range of patients.
