Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı graduated from the esteemed Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. During his medical studies, he was awarded the prestigious Turkish-German Medical Association Scholarship, which enabled him to continue part of his education at Giessen University in Germany.

Following medical school, he completed his Plastic Surgery residency at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul, where he began developing his expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

He later expanded his international experience by being accepted as an International Fellow at the University of Wisconsin’s Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the United States. There, he not only refined his surgical skills but also gained deep insight into global communication and patient management practices.

Since beginning his surgical practice in 2006, Dr. Yeşiladalı has performed well over 10,000 cosmetic procedures with a consistent weekly average of 15 surgeries.

Dr. Çağatay Öner graduated from the English Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa in 2014. He began his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2015 and successfully completed his residency at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2020.

Dr. Öner is a certified member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD) and the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He is fluent in Turkish, English and French, and he continues to perform both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures with a focus on natural-looking outcomes and patient-centered care.

Dr. Barış Kanık began his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009 and completed his training in 2015. In 2017, he started working as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, one of Istanbul’s major training and research institutions.

In 2022, he was appointed to Çankırı State Hospital, where he completed his compulsory medical service between 2022 and 2024. Throughout his career, he has consistently pursued professional development by participating in advanced training programs and earning certifications in microsurgery, reconstructive surgery and aesthetic techniques.

Dr. Aysel Paşazade began her medical education in 2010 at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed her degree in 2016. She started working in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Bursa Uludağ University Hospital in 2018, where she deepened her clinical and academic experience under a university hospital setting.

After years of advanced surgical training and hands-on clinical work, she completed her specialization in 2023 and officially received the title of “Specialist Doctor” in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

Dr. Anıl Hişmi graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and began his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003 at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in 2009 and started working as an ENT specialist at Mardin State Hospital that same year.

Between 2010 and 2018, Dr. Hişmi held various positions in hospitals across Turkey, focusing on advanced ENT procedures including nasal surgery, sinus treatments and otoplasty. In 2018, he moved to the United States where he worked as a research fellow in the Department of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Kadri İla graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2006. He went on to complete his specialty training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, where he laid the foundation for his career in functional and aesthetic nasal surgery.

In 2020, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor, in recognition of his contributions to clinical practice, academic research and medical education.

His clinical focus lies in rhinoplasty and nasal airway surgery. He treats nasal septum deviation (curvature), turbinate hypertrophy (concha issues), and chronic sinusitis with an integrative approach that combines both aesthetic precision and functional correction. وُلِد الدكتور نظمي يوغورتشو عام ١٩٨٥ في هاتاي، تركيا. أكمل تعليمه الطبي في كلية الطب بجامعة إسكيشهير عثمان غازي بين عامي ٢٠٠٤ و٢٠١٠ . ثم تخصص في جراحة التجميل والترميم والتجميل في كلية الطب بجامعة دوكوز أيلول بين عامي ٢٠١١ و٢٠١٧ .
