He specialized in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery at Antalya Training and Research Hospital (2016-2021), where he gained extensive experience as a resident physician.

From 2021 to 2023, Dr. Tekin worked as a specialist at Ordu State Hospital before opening his own private clinic in Antalya in 2023. Since then, he has continued to provide expert care to patients seeking aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

After completing his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, he completed his ophthalmology residency at Sakarya State Hospital. Op. Dr. İşlek was at Albert Szent Gyorgyi University Faculty of Medicine between 1990 and 1992; Between 1992 and 1994, at Istanbul Şişli Eftal Hospital; Between 1998 and 2011, he worked at Antalya Serik State Hospital. He speaks English.
