Dr. Pablo Mena is a distinguished physician and surgeon specializing in Orthopedics and Traumatology with over 32 years of experience. He is internationally recognized for his commitment to excellence in medical care, innovation, and regenerative medicine. His expertise spans complex trauma management, joint replacements, and non-surgical orthopedic treatments, with a leading focus on stem cell and exosome therapies.

Dr. Mena is an authority in biological and orthopedic medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Antioquia, and later specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. As a result of his widely-respected knowledge he served as a speaker for Implantes y Sistemas Ortopédicos (ISO), educating professionals on PRP, morphogenetic proteins, and growth factors. 

Dr. Mena has expertly performed more than 5,000 surgeries in the course of his career, specializing in reconstructive surgeries and joint replacements. In recent years he expanded his focus to Regenerative and Orthomolecular medicine, pioneering the use of stem cells in Colombia. He currently serves as the Medical Director of VITALYS Bioregenerative Medicine Research Center, located in Torre Médica Oviedo in Medellin, Colombia.
