A fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a background in Coaching Psychology and over 10 years of experience working with people with diverse needs. A pre-accreditated member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and an accredited member of the Association for Coaching. As an Integrative Therapist, she has experience working with individuals and groups presenting with a diversity of mental health difficulties. Her training provides her with a variety of theoretical frameworks that allow her to tailor her work to meet the needs of each client; including but not limited to Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, Choice Theory, Coaching and Mindfulness. She provides a safe, authentic therapeutic space to support clients in finding healthy ways of coping with emotional, personal, social, and psychological difficulties.
