Degree in Medicine and Surgery, School of Medicine, Università La Sapienza, Rome, Italy. Certificate of Specialist in Radiation Oncology, School of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Rome, Italy.

The main field of interest are the application of high technologies in Radiation Oncology as Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Radiation Therapy (cranial and extracranial), Adaptative Radiation Therapy and Brachitherapy.

Furthermore he focused his activity on the optimization of radiation treatments by using different imaging techniques for the definition of target volume delineation; integration between radiotherapy and surgery; integration between radiotherapy and chemotherapy. He applied the acquired knowledge especially in Upper Gastro-intestinal, Prostate and Lung cancers.

Teaching activity: Assistant Professor in Radiation Oncology for Medical School, Radiation Oncology Resident Program and Diagnostic and Therapy Radiography University Degree at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Rome, Italy (2005- present).
